In the early 90's Johan Cruyff initiated a new style of play where winning was not enough. He was the father of the "Dream Team", an outstanding team formed by players such as Guardiola, Stoichkov, Laudrup, Romario or Koeman whose started a new era. 

 

For many years this philosophy was continued but in 2009 Guardiola, best Cruyff's pupil, took FCBarcelona to the next level and made history.

He showed to the world FCBarcelona's best strenght, its training methodology. Up to 8 players from the youth categories played (and won) the UEFA Champions League and the treble, showing that a team is much better than individual players.
